These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of kidowo.com, together with any account, content, course, package, download, consultation, therapy session, psychiatric service, booking, communication, or other service offered through Kidowo.
By accessing or using Kidowo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or any of its services.
Ownership and role descriptions
The Kidowo brand and website are legally owned by Ali Azizjahan. Masoumeh Ahraei is the founder, the site’s licensed psychologist, and the main provider of Kidowo’s scientific content. Kidowo also works with psychologists, psychiatrists, computer engineers, and authorized team members.
For these Terms, “Kidowo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the website, brand, services, and authorized team operating through kidowo.com.
Who may use the site
Kidowo is intended for parents and children. Children do not have separate user accounts. Any child’s use of the site takes place through a parent-controlled account.
If you create or use an account, you agree to:
- provide accurate, current, and complete information
- keep your login details confidential
- use the site lawfully
- accept responsibility for all activity carried out through your account
- accept responsibility for any child who uses the site through your account
We do not currently use age-gating tools. If you submit a child’s information, allow a child to use your account, or request services for a child, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
What Kidowo offers
Kidowo offers educational and professional services for parents and children, including content related to pregnancy, parenting, child development, emotional health, life skills, exercises, meditations, healthy food recipes, and healthy educational entertainment.
Our services may include:
- books made available mainly through Amazon links
- digital packages
- downloadable files
- online courses and online educational packages
- infographics
- videos
- audios
- animations and cartoons
- psychoeducation
- formal psychological consultation
- licensed therapy
- psychiatric services
- a combination of the above based on the diagnosis or professional assessment of our licensed therapists and doctors
Sessions may be provided online, in person, or in a combination of both.
Minors may attend sessions alone or with a guardian, depending on what our therapists or doctors require.
Educational content and professional relationship disclaimer
Unless you have booked and received a professional service from Kidowo, all content on the site is educational and informational only. It is not a substitute for individualized medical care, psychiatric care, psychological treatment, nutritional advice, emergency intervention, or any other licensed professional service.
Using the site, reading content, downloading materials, or sending general messages does not by itself create a therapist-client relationship, doctor-patient relationship, or emergency-response duty.
A professional relationship begins only when Kidowo accepts a booking or service request and the relevant session or service is actually provided.
Purchase models, access rules, and refund rules
Kidowo uses the following purchase models:
Purchased
A Purchased item is a one-time payment for a specific product or service. A full refund may be requested before the product is shipped or before the service is used.
Conventional Subscription Plan
A Conventional Subscription Plan provides access through subscription only. Subscription payments are non-refundable. Materials made available under this plan may be downloaded once only when the site allows a download. All such materials are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized copying, sharing, redistribution, resale, reposting, or publication is prohibited.
Blog Access
Blog Access means free access through the official website. It may be available to registered and unregistered users. Blog materials remain protected by copyright. Redistribution is allowed only when the source is clearly credited to Kidowo.

Once a consultation, therapy session, or psychiatric session has been reserved through the website, it will not be rescheduled. If you want a different time, you must cancel the booking and make a new booking later.
Professional services and session rules
When you request a consultation, therapy session, psychoeducation session, or psychiatric service, you agree to the following:
- You will provide complete and truthful intake information, including relevant medical and health information.
- Kidowo may determine whether the appropriate service is psychoeducation, consultation, licensed therapy, psychiatric care, or a combination of services.
- A request for service does not guarantee immediate review, immediate intervention, or immediate availability.
- The website, standard messages, and booking tools are not emergency-response services.
- You remain responsible for your own safety and for the supervision and safety of any child in your care before, during, between, and after sessions.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kidowo and its specialists are not liable for events occurring outside a session or outside the direct scope of services actually provided. This includes worsening conditions, relapse, self-harm, attempted suicide, suicide, harm to others, or other acts or outcomes that occur outside the session itself.
- Session content and intake information are treated as confidential under the Privacy Policy. Kidowo will not disclose what was said in a session or health information collected for that session unless the user has given clear verbal or written consent or disclosure is required by a court order or another binding direction from a court of law.
Payments
Kidowo may accept payments through Stripe, PayPal, WooCommerce payment integrations, and cryptocurrency gateways or direct cryptocurrency transfers.
By making a payment, you agree that:
- the payment must be completed successfully before access or service is owed
- payment processors handle card and payment instrument data
- Kidowo does not collect or store bank card data
- cryptocurrency payments must be sent exactly as instructed, including the correct amount and any applicable network fees
- Kidowo may refuse or cancel an order where payment is incomplete, fraudulent, reversed, or otherwise invalid
User content and communications
Users may submit content through Kidowo, including:
- comments
- reviews
- support tickets
- child progress notes
- forum posts
- messages to therapists
- profile images
You remain responsible for any content you submit. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, misleading, obscene, invasive of privacy, harmful to a child, harmful to another person, or harmful to the security or operation of the site.
If you submit content to Kidowo, you grant Kidowo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate the site, deliver services, maintain records, and improve the user experience.
Kidowo may moderate, restrict, or remove user content at any time.
Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- use Kidowo for any unlawful purpose
- impersonate another person
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- interfere with site security or performance
- scrape, copy, or systematically extract site content without permission
- redistribute subscription materials without written authorization
- upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
- use the site in a way that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
Intellectual property
All content and intellectual property connected with Kidowo are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable rights. This includes the website structure, branding, educational systems, text, books, packages, downloads, graphics, designs, videos, audios, infographics, animations, cartoons, badges, certificates, and related materials.
No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, licensed, distributed, displayed, translated, adapted, uploaded, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where these Terms expressly allow sharing.
All scientific content on the site, including books, packages, and educational materials, is gathered and provided under the direction of Masoumeh Ahraei. The Kidowo brand and website are legally owned by Ali Azizjahan.
Third-party services and links
Kidowo may contain links to third-party websites and services, including Amazon, payment processors, embedded video providers, social platforms, analytics tools, chat tools, and other service providers.
Kidowo is not responsible for:
- third-party content
- third-party payment processing
- third-party privacy practices
- third-party shipping or returns
- delays, outages, or errors caused by third parties
- products purchased directly from Amazon
Purchases made on Amazon are governed only by Amazon’s own rules and policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
Kidowo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kidowo makes no guarantee that:
- the site will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free
- the content will meet every user’s expectations or needs
- the use of our educational materials will produce identical outcomes for every family
- any embedded or third-party service will remain available or secure
You are responsible for deciding whether any content, recipe, exercise, meditation, recommendation, or child activity is suitable for you or your child.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kidowo, its owner, founder, specialists, team members, and collaborators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary loss or damage arising out of or related to:
- your use of or inability to use the site
- your reliance on educational content
- misuse of content or materials
- user-submitted content
- third-party sites or processors
- cyberattacks, service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss beyond reasonable control
- events occurring outside sessions or outside the direct scope of professional services actually provided
If liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Suspension, termination, and updates
Kidowo may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the site or any account at any time if we believe there has been a breach of these Terms, misuse of services, abuse of staff, unlawful activity, fraud, or conduct that threatens the safety of users or the integrity of the site.
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version becomes effective when published on kidowo.com. Continued use of the site after publication means you accept the updated Terms.
Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises out of or relates to Kidowo, these Terms, any purchase, any booking, or any service, the parties agree to follow this order before filing a court claim, unless urgent court relief is reasonably necessary to protect safety, confidentiality, security, or intellectual property:
- Written notice and good-faith negotiation. The complaining party must first send a written notice describing the dispute and the requested solution.
- Mediation. If the dispute is not resolved through direct negotiation, the parties will attempt to resolve it through confidential mediation.
- Arbitration. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve it through confidential arbitration before a neutral arbitrator.
- Court proceedings. If the dispute is not resolved through the above steps, or if the claim cannot legally be resolved through mediation or arbitration, either party may bring the matter before a court of competent jurisdiction.
Any mediation, arbitration, or court proceeding under these Terms shall be conducted in English.
Governing rules
These Terms and any non-contractual dispute related to them are governed by the law applicable to the legal owner of Kidowo, except to the extent that a court of competent jurisdiction must apply mandatory rules that cannot lawfully be excluded.
